Abstract:
A biological material is provided which has excellent retention when in contact with water. This biological material contains a neutral acyl lipid, and an amphiphilic block copolymer formed from a hydrophilic segment and a hydrophobic segment, with the difference in the ClogP value between the hydrophilic segment and the hydrophobic segment greater than 1.00, wherein the content of the amphiphilic block copolymer is 1.0-20 mass % with respect to the total mass of solid components of the biological material.
