Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a biological monitoring device and a urine analyzing method able to simply assess a health management state relating to diabetes. [Solution] This biological monitoring device 100 is provided with a first detection element 101 for detecting moisture from a detection subject, a second detection element 102 for detecting ammonia from the detection subject, a third detection element 103 for detecting ketones from the detection subject, and an assessment unit 122 for determining whether or not the detection subject is urine that contains ketones on the basis of the detection results from the first, second, and third detection elements.
