Abstract:
Disclosed are a biological orthogonal precursor, a biological orthogonal reagent, a biological orthogonal activator, and a biological orthogonal reagent kit used for a biomarker. The biological orthogonal precursor of the present invention contains a hydroxylamine functional group that at least has multiple functions, can be used as a positioning group in a coupling reaction, and is used as a biological orthogonal group. The biological orthogonal reagent kit of the present invention comprises the biological orthogonal reagent comprising a second biological orthogonal group, of the present invention, or comprises a biological orthogonal activator capable of directly or indirectly generating a first biological orthogonal group, of the present invention.
