Abstract:
Disclosed are a biological rhythm adjustment system and a biological rhythm adjustment method. A human body biological rhythm state is evaluated by collecting human body data closely related to biological rhythm, and combined with mathematical models, personalized analysis is performed by using schemes, such as the mathematical models or feedback-type expert consultation, etc., and by the accumulation of personalized resources, to achieve digital, non-invasive, time-dependent systemic intervention. Combined with lights at different wavelengths, diet, physical exercise, indoor temperature adjustment and other electronic reminders or automatically set intervention means, the biological clock is individually adjusted, and sleep, metabolism, immune, reproductive and degenerative diseases and other related pathologic or sub-health states caused by weakening of the biological rhythm and disorders are improved.
