Abstract:
The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and animal husbandry and, more specifically, to a method for producing a biologically active product of natural origin for use in veterinary science and animal husbandry, which exhibits an immune-stimulating, immune-modulating and growth-stimulating effect as well as enhancing general non-specific resistance and exhibiting an adaptogenic effect and contains seeds or sprouts of plants of the grass family, fertilized fish roe, insect larvae and fertilized bird eggs in the early stages of development. The invention further relates to a biologically active product produced using the aforesaid method, and to methods for enhancing viability and stimulating growth in young livestock (a) and stimulating immune function and enhancing general non-specific resistance in livestock (b), which involve the intramuscular or subcutaneous administration of the biologically active product according to the invention to said livestock (in a carrier acceptable for veterinary use). The biologically active product according to the invention exhibits a pronounced growth-stimulating and immune-stimulating effect, is inexpensive to produce and does not contain toxic (carcinogenic) solvents.
