Abstract:
Biomarkers for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are described. RA-associated metagenomic linkage groups (MLGs) have been identified and validated in gut and oral microbiotas. These MLGs are used in systems, methods and products for identifying a subject suffering from RA or having risk of developing RA, monitoring the efficacy of an RA treatment in a subject, or selecting or modifying a treatment for an RA patient.
