Abstract:
A biomass gas system tempering anti-explosion controller and an operation method thereof. The anti-explosion controller consists of a purifying box (1), gas inlet pipe holes (2), a gas outlet pipe (3), an anti-explosion film (4), a sealing plate (5), a purified liquid controller (6), a spillway hole (7), and a gas inlet pipe (8). Biomass gas enters the purifying box (1) from the bottom of the purifying box (1), and enters the sealed purifying box (1) from gas outlets(9) of the gas inlet pipe (8). The biomass gas is purified and de-acidified through purified liquid, then is exhausted from the gas outlet pipe (3) on the upper portion to enter a burner. The burning is ended when the gas is tempered to reach the liquid level of the purifying box (1), and the anti-explosion film (4) is instantly opened to avoid gas explosion when the pressure increases. The anti-explosion controller has a simple structure, not only can avoid tempering and deflagration, but also can further purify the gas, and improve the safety.
