Abstract:
Provided is a biomass gasification-based power generation system, comprising: a biomass gasification device, a fuel gas purifier, a gas storage bag, and an internal combustion power generator connected in a sequential order. There are 2-3 biomass gasification devices switched via a rail for alternate usage. The biomass gasification device is an intermittently operable structure. A fuel gas is discharged from a position where an inner container in a middle portion of the gasification device is located. A gasification furnace has an internal feed-compressing function and is provided with slag-breaking and ash discharge mechanisms. There are 1-20 fuel gas purifiers arranged in series in a sequential order. Gas inlet pipes and Gas outlet pipes of all purifiers have the same external diameter. The gas inlet pipes and gas outlet pipes of all purifiers excluding the last purifier are at the same horizontal level. The gas outlet pipe of the last purifier is positioned at a lower portion to be in parallel with a gas inlet pipe of the gas storage bag. The gas storage bag is connected with the internal combustion power generator to perform power generation. There are 1-3 gas storage bags made of PVC or fabric and arranged in series in a sequential order. A fuel gas storage mechanism and a fuel gas purification mechanism are disposed in each gas storage bag. The solution simplifies an operation process, reduces processing costs, and performs gasification processing on a biomass adsorbent invalid after being used for a time period to reduce secondary pollution.
