Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biomass pyrolysis gas online co-production carbon-containing precursor and high-quality oxygen-containing fuel device, comprising a spray polymerization reactor. A biomass pyrolysis gas inlet and a polymerizing agent inlet are formed in the spray polymerization reactor, and an outlet of the spray polymerization reactor is connected to an inlet of a catalytic reactor. An outlet of the catalytic reactor is connected to an inlet of a condenser; a spray pipe is provided at the top in the spray polymerization reactor, and a detachable collector for collecting a carbon-containing precursor is mounted at the bottom in the spray polymerization reactor; and a catalyst is arranged in the catalytic reactor, such that a micromolecular pyrolysis gas is catalytically converted into high-quality oxygen-containing fuel. According to the present invention, the preparation of the carbon-containing precursor is realized by means of the spray polymerization reactor, the preparation of the high-quality oxygen-containing fuel is realized by means of the catalytic reactor, and the biomass pyrolysis gas is subjected to graded utilization, such that the high-valued gradient utilization of the biomass pyrolysis gas is realized, and the problems of blockage of a biomass catalytic pyrolysis catalyst pore channel and the poor quality of bio-oil are solved.
