Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a biomass carbon-metal composite micro-nano structure catalytic material. A biomass skeleton carbon is used as a novel catalyst carrier, natural biomass is used as a raw material, suitable chemical treatment is used for component stripping and structure remodeling, and a biomass skeleton carbon having a developed pore structure is prepared by means of green and contamination-free physical activation. An active component is one or more of the following metal elements: ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, argentum, platinum and gold, and the loading amount of the metal is 0.01-10%. The catalyst can realize high dispersion of the active component of the catalyst; moreover, diffusion, adsorption and desorption behaviors of hydrogen in a pore channel of the catalyst in the multi-phase reduction process are significantly enhanced, thereby matching the transfer process and the reaction process, and finally effectively improving the catalytic activity and the reduction efficiency of a noble metal catalyst.
