Abstract:
A biomaterial detecting bio sensor comprises: a substrate; an oxide film formed on the front surface of the substrate; a source electrode and a drain electrode disposed so as to be spaced from each other on the substrate on which the oxide film is formed; a reaction material, for sensing a biomaterial, fixed on a sensing region generated on the oxide film on the basis of the positions of the source electrode and the drain electrode; and a fluid pipe configured to pass through the sensing region, wherein the fluid pipe is configured to comprise at least one refraction part for adjusting the inflow rate of the biomaterial which flows into the fluid pipe.
