Abstract:
According to the present invention, a sheet-like sensor 110 is laid on a ground surface on which a person 2 walks in a bare foot state or a state equivalent thereto, and the sole of the right foot 4 and the sole of the left foot 6 make contact with the sensor. On the basis of the output, of the sheet-like sensor 110, generated when the person 2 has stopped on the sheet-like sensor 110 or while the person is walking, a feature amount acquisition unit 120 derives a feature amount based on a first point positioned inside a grounding portion under the metatarsal bone of the right foot 4 or the left foot 6, a second point positioned outside the grounding portion, and a third point positioned on a grounding portion under the heel bone. An authentication unit 130 authenticates the person 2 on the basis of the feature amount.
