Abstract:
A biomimetic drug-loaded nanoparticle specifically targeting an inflammatory region after pulsed field ablation and a preparation method. The biomimetic drug-loaded nanoparticle comprises: a drug-loaded liposome and a neutrophil membrane coated on the surface of the drug-loaded liposome. The preparation method comprises: obtaining a neutrophil membrane from activated neutrophil by means of an osmotic pressure gradient method, then mixing the neutrophil membrane with the drug-loaded liposome, and treating the obtained mixture by means of a nano extruder to obtain a neutrophil membrane drug-loaded nanoparticle. The characteristics that neutrophil has high chemotaxis on an inflammatory site and can gather on the inflammatory site are used to creatively wrapping the neutrophil membrane on the surface of the drug-loading liposome, so as to prepare a neutrophil membrane targeting drug-loading nanoparticle having targeting ability. By using the principle that neutrophil is naturally collected to an inflammatory site after pulsed field ablation, the lesion in an inflammatory state is targeted, and drugs are released, such that the lesion is precisely targeted and treated.
