Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for detecting biomolecules over a broad dynamic range at a high sensitivity and a high throughput without preliminarily controlling the concentration of a sample, and a device therefor. According to the present invention, charge holding bodies are specifically attached to biomolecules to be detected. Then, a current change caused by the passage of the composite bodies thus formed through a micropore is measured so that the biomolecules to be detected are detected one by one. By using an array structure in a detection part, a biomolecule sample can be detected at a high throughput.
