Abstract:
A biophotonic measurement instrument comprises a light beam application probe for
applying a light beam to a subject, light detection probes for detecting light returning
from the subject, a worn part worn by the subject, a measuring part for measuring
the intensities of the light detected by the light detection probes, a two-dimensional
image constructing part for constructing a two-dimensional topography image
from the results of the measurement of the detected intensities of light, and
a monitor for displaying the two-dimensional topography image. The instrument
further comprises a three-dimensional image constructing part in which the
two-dimensional topography images are made to correspond to the respective
measurement positions and superimposed one on another in order of measurement
time to construct a three-dimensional image. The monitor displays the three-dimensional
image.
