Title:
BIOPOLYMER ANALYSIS METHOD, BIOPOLYMER ANALYZER, AND BIOPOLYMER ANALYSIS CHIP
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/121881
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
When sequence analysis is carried out using multiple nanopores, trapping samples in nanopores is not necessarily 100% efficient and time is wasted in measuring nanopores in which samples are not trapped, resulting in low measurement efficiency. In the disclosed biopolymer analysis method, a marker substance is bonded to samples, and the samples to which the marker substance has been bonded are trapped in nanopores. A device for observing the marker substance is used in order to observe the marker substance, thus allowing confirmation as to whether or not the samples have been trapped in individual nanopores. By taking measurements of only the nanopores in which the samples have been trapped, measurement efficiency is increased.
