Abstract:
Provided is an indirect extraction method, wherein a long-chain biopolymer is extracted from captured cells. This biopolymer extraction apparatus is characterized by comprising a cell capture part which has a film structure and in which cells are captured, a first solution tank and a second solution tank separated by the cell capture part, a first electrode provided to the first solution tank, a second electrode provided to the second solution tank, and a power source connected to the first electrode and the second electrode, the power source applying a constant voltage or a constant electric current between the first electrode and the second electrode.
