Title:
BIOSENSOR, DETECTION METHOD, AND DETECTION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/196179
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A biosensor 1 is a biosensor of a field effect transistor type, which is equipped with an insulating substrate 10 and a measurement sensor S1 and a reference sensor S2 both provided on the insulating substrate 10. On the measurement sensor S1, probe molecules 16 are provided. Each of the probe molecules 16 has a first base moiety 14 that is provided on the measurement sensor S1 and a recognition moiety 15 of which one end is bound to the first base moiety 14 and the other end constitutes a tip part of the probe molecule 16. On the reference sensor S2, a second base moiety 24 is provided, which has the same structure as that of the first base moiety 14 of each of the probe molecules 16 provided on the measurement sensor S1. At a tip part of the second base moiety 24, the recognition moiety 15 of each of the probe molecules 16 provided on the measurement sensor S1 is not present.
