Abstract:
A microchip of a biosensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main channel made of a PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) resilient body filled with agarose gel for forming a flow path connecting a first spot connected to a blood injection hole and a second spot separated by a first distance from the first spot; a first sub-channel made of a PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) resilient body filled with agarose gel branching from a first node positioned between the first spot and the second spot for forming a flow path connecting the first node and a third spot separated by a second distance from the second spot; and an electrode part consisting of a first electrode connected to the first spot, a second electrode connected to the second spot, and a third electrode connected to the third spot.
