Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biosensor in which an attachment area of a sensing material can be further increased, and to a method for manufacturing same. The biosensor comprises: a substrate; and a sensing material which is disposed in a channel region and a gate electrode region and selectively reacts to a target material, wherein the gate electrode comprises a gate metal layer, and a gate insulating layer disposed on the gate metal layer and formed of an electrically insulating material.
