The present invention provides a biosensor comprising: a substrate; a working electrode including a working electrode layer formed on the substrate and an enzyme reaction layer formed on the working electrode layer so as to cover the working electrode layer; a reference electrode formed on the substrate and spaced apart from the working electrode; and insulating barriers separating the working electrode from the reference electrode on the substrate.
