Abstract:
A biosensor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a substrate, a working electrode, and a reference electrode, wherein the working electrode comprises: a conductive layer; an enzyme layer which is formed on the conductive layer and reacts with a substance to be measured; a barrier layer which is formed on the enzyme layer and includes a fluorine-based anionic polymer; and a viscosity adjusting layer which is formed on the barrier layer. Thus, it is possible to improve glucose detection performance and reliability by preventing interfering factors included in the substance to be measured from being adsorbed or aggregated onto the enzyme layer.
