Abstract:
A biovalve crosslinking method for improving mechanical and anticoagulation properties, a biovalve material and an application thereof, relating to the technical field of biomedical materials. In the biovalve crosslinking method, a biomaterial is modified using 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde, and diphenol groups are introduced to the biomaterial and then polymerized and crosslinked with each other, thereby achieving cross-linking immobilization of the biovalve. Compared with conventional glutaraldehyde crosslinking, the method can improve the tensile strength at break, anti-platelet adhesion and anti-coagulation performance of the biomaterial, potentially enhance the biocompatibility of the biomaterial and prolong the service life of the biomaterial.
