Title:
BIPARTITED WHEEL FOR TIRES LACKING INNER TUBE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/119596
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Bipartited wheel for lacking inner tube tires is composed by two symmetrical or asymmetrical halves (1 and 2) tie by any fixture method featuring a hindrance system formed on the junction line of parts, capable to offer completely air (or even a gas element) stop through the halves junction (1 and 2). The hindrance system is obtained from a hindrance ring (3) or hindrance junction (4), being this elements settle on a properly hollow (5) formed by the meeting of two compared debases (6 and 7) presented on parts (1 and 2). Also the hindrance is obtained via straight settle of the two parts (1 and 2) where the compared debases (9) and the saliences (8) stops the air bleed.

BIPARTITED WHEEL FOR TIRES LACKING INNER TUBE characterized for be composed by the hindrance activation obtained from the straight settle of the two pieces (1 and 2) reached via cooperation between the salience (8) and the compared debases (9), arranged on the mentioned parts (1 and 2) and dimensioned in a way to fit perfectly.
Description:
BIPARTITED WHEEL FOR TIRES LACKING INNER TUBE

TECHNOLOGICAL FIELD OF THE MODEL

The present utility model belongs basically to the technological field of bipartited wheels used in industrial equipments, as pilers, elevators, carrier machines and similars. It refers specifically to an original builder disposal, allowing the utility of these wheels without need of any inner tube inside the tires.

KNOWN STATE OF ART Is known that these kind of equipments as pilers and similars are users of bipartited wheels, constituted by two halves divided for tire introduction and joined and fixed after that. Due the main fact of the junction consists of two individual parts, they present a discontinued connection lines, that requires the use of a tire composed by inner tube system. Otherwise the air would be empty through the junction lines. Beyond that, a normal inner tube tire requires the use of a protector joined and present innumerous inconveniences.

So after faces a punctured tire the worker normally must stop the task, remove the wheel system and run after vulcanizer repair station, immediately abandoning the task no matter how urgent this are.

INTRODUCED NOVELTY AND MODEL OBJECTIVES

The displayed disposition aims at the introduction of a bipartited wheel capable to be used on lacking inner tube tires, eliminating the inner air tube and its subsequent protection, useful items on the standard wheels, reducing the final maintenance costs

and including all the advantages of a lacking inner tube tire, once the repair of breached tires can be made without wheels removal, considering what was previously mentioned about suddenly stop of urgent task, this models use incorporates a considerable progress. This utility model recommends the use of its original disposition plus the mentioned bipartited wheel constituted by two symmetrical or asymmetrical parts once joined resulting in an air barrier that might be obtained from a barrier element as rings or even usual junction. The constructive device shown on this report allows completely air hindrance, filling the inner tube or any device applied at the same.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ATTACHED DRAWINGS

Searching intelligible explanation of bipartite wheel disposition herewith introduced and materializing the use of these improvements by any professional of the area, the explanation will be prepared in a clear and objective manner using for that the attached drawings reference.

DETAILED MODELS DESCRIPTION

The bipartitθd wheel for lacking inner tube tires herewith described is composed as shown on the attached figures by two symmetrical or asymmetrical halves (1 and 2) tie by any fixture method (not shown here) featuring a hindrance system formed on the junction line of parts, capable to offer completely air (or even a gas element) stop by this two halves (1 and 2).

The models hindrance system is obtained from a hindrance ring (3) (as shown on figures 1 to 3) or hindrance junction (4 ) ( as shown on figure 4), being these elements settle on a properly hollow (5) formed by the meeting of two compared debases (6 and 7) presented on parts (1 and 2) assembling the wheel. Also the hindrance is obtained via straight settle of the two parts (1 and 2) (as shown on figure 5) where the compared debases (9) and the saliencies (8) stops the airs bleed.

The present described report introduced a peculiar and original disposition applied to a bipartited wheel removing the use of inner tube inside the tires, composed by an enhanced method of use of the tires, featuring not only the novelty presented on the process but also industrial application of it, essential requirements to receive the grant herewith required.
