Abstract:
Provided is a bipolar lead battery which, as a substrate in which a plurality of cell members are individually accommodated in a plurality of spaces and constitute a space formation member, has a main substrate that has one surface disposed with a collector plate for a positive electrode and the other surface disposed with a collector plate for a negative electrode, wherein a thin collector plate for a positive electrode is prevented from being corroded, thereby prolonging the lifespan. The thickness (T1) of the collector plate (111a) for a positive electrode disposed in the one surface of the main substrate (121), which is a substrate (121) disposed between adjacent cell members (110), is 0.15 mm to 0.75 mm. The ratio (T1/T2) of the thickness (T1) of the collector plate (111a) for a positive electrode over the thickness (T2) of the collector plate (112a) for a negative electrode disposed in the other surface of the main substrate (121) is 1.5 to 6.5.
