Abstract:
The present invention discloses a bipyridine iron complex, preparation method thereof and application in polymerization of a conjugated diene, and belongs to the field of catalytic polymerization of a conjugated diene. To address the existing technical problems that the catalyst used in the synthetic process of the polyconjugated diene with high branched-chain degree has a high costs with poor adjusting capability for the molecular weight and microstructure of the polymer,the present invention provides a bipyridine iron complex, which is served as a main catalyst in polymerization of polypentadiene with high activity to obtain a polymer with high branched-chain degree, the polymer has the characteristics of high molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution and adjustable polymer molecular weight by a chain transfer reagent, etc., the obtained polyconjugated diene rubber has a high branched-chain content with a ultra-high molecular weight. It may be mainly used for preparing high-performance tires having good wet skid resistance and low friction heat generation and other related rubber products due to a large number of side groups presented on the molecular units of the rubber. The present invention has a prospect of being applied to industrial production of a polyconjugated diene.
