Abstract:
The present invention can generate bird's-eye data, representing a movement trajectory on the ground of an observed mobile body on which an observation device is installed and movement trajectories on the ground of the mobile body, from two-dimensional observation information observed at the viewpoint from the observed mobile body in a dynamic environment, even if static landmarks are not detected. The bird's-eye data generation device includes: an acquisition unit 22 that acquires time-series data of two-dimensional observation information representing at least one mobile body observed at the viewpoint from the observed mobile body on which the observation device is installed in the dynamic environment; and a generation unit 26 that by using a trained model estimating the movement on the ground of the observed mobile body and the movements on the ground of the mobile body, generates bird's-eye data representing the movement trajectory on the ground of the observed mobile body and the movement trajectories on the ground of the mobile body obtained if observing the observed mobile body from a bird's-eye position from the time-series data of the two-dimensional observation information.
