Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a light-emitting material, for an organic EL device, exhibiting higher light-emitting efficiency, and, in particular, to provide a blue light-emitting material. Particularly, the objective of the present invention is to provide a blue light-emitting material suitable for an organic EL device which is excellent in productivity and uses a coating method. The present invention is characterized by using a compound of general formula (1) below as a light-emitting material of an organic EL device. General formula (1) (in general formula (1), X and Y represent substituents, X and Y are not the same, X is an aryl group including a tertiary-amine structure, and Y is a phenyl group having an alkyl or aryl substituent at one ortho-position.)
