Title:
BISPECIFIC ANTIBODY SIMULTANEOUSLY BINDING TO INTERLEUKIN-4 RECEPTOR ALPHA SUBUNIT AND INTERLEUKIN-5 RECEPTOR ALPHA SUBUNIT, AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/055299
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to: an IL-4Rα×IL-5Rα bispecific antibody that simultaneously binds to interleukin (IL)-4 receptor α (IL-4Rα, CD124) and IL-5 receptor α (IL-5Rα, CD125); a multispecific antibody including the bispecific antibody; a nucleic acid encoding same; a vector including the nucleic acid; cells transformed by the vector; a method for producing the bispecific antibody; and a therapeutic use thereof, for example, a composition for preventing or treating allergic diseases, inflammatory diseases, and eosinophilic diseases associated with IL-4, IL-13 and/or IL-5.
