Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bisphenol A prepration apparatus and preparation method. With regard to the process for preparing bisphenol A, after crystallization, by circulating the whole or part of mother liquid flow to a flasher through a bypass line, the bisphenol A conversion rate of a reactor is increased and the energy is reduced, and by utilizing a heat source of phenol, which is discharged to the upper part of the flasher, the reaction efficiency of the entire process can be increased.
