Abstract:
Disclosed is a system capable of predicting the quality of an intermediate product and a final product of bisphenol-A. The bisphenol-A quality prediction system according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a plant information system for collecting process data for a bisphenol-A production process, and making a database from the collected process data; a quality information system for collecting quality data for an intermediate product and a final product generated in a bisphenol-A production process, and making a database from the collected quality data; and an integrated simulation device for matching the process data with the quality data, and then generating a regression model having the process data as an independent variable and the quality data as a dependent variable by performing a multivariate statistical analysis on the matched process data and quality data.
