Abstract:
A bistable magnetostrictive driver (100) and a manufacturing method therefor, a fatigue test device (1000), and a submersible vehicle (2000). The manufacturing method for the bistable magnetostrictive driver (100) comprises the following steps: forming a flexible precursor sheet (1) by means of injection molding, the flexible precursor sheet (1) comprising a flexible deformation part (11) and a flexible peripheral part (12) located at the periphery of the flexible deformation part (11), the flexible deformation part (1) being made of magnetic particles and a polymer, and the flexible peripheral part (12) being made of magnetic particles, an organic liquid, and a polymer; and using an organic solvent to extract the organic liquid so that the flexible peripheral part (12) contracts, and the flexible deformation part (11) arches and deforms toward one side. The manufacturing process is simple and the cost is low.
