Abstract:
Provided is a bit encoding device for error correction encoding of an input bit sequence that has been input, and for generating an encoded bit sequence, wherein the bit encoding device is characterized by being equipped with: an encoding unit for error correction encoding of an input bit sequence, generating a first bit sequence; an extraction unit for extracting a second bit sequence from the first bit sequence; and an information compression unit for lossy compression of the second bit sequence, generating a third bit sequence, the encoded bits including at least a portion of the third bit sequence.
