Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bit line sense amplifier for sensing and amplifying a voltage of a bit line. The bit line sense amplifier comprises: a first inverter (121) having an input end connected to a positive bit line (BLT) and an output end connected to a negative bit line (BLB); a second inverter (122) having an input end connected to the negative bit line (BLB) and an output end connected to the positive bit line (BLT); a first voltage supply unit for supplying a voltage to the first inverter (I21); and a second voltage supply unit for supplying a voltage to the second inverter (I22), wherein the first voltage supply unit (210) and the second voltage supply unit (220) are different from each other in view of the operation points in time.
