Abstract:
Disclosed is a bivalent manganese-doped full inorganic perovskite quantum dot glass, the composition thereof being: B2O3: 25%-45%, SiO2: 25%-45%, MCO3: 1%-10%, Al2O3: 1%-10%, ZnO: 1%-5%, Cs2CO3: 1%-10%, PbCl2: 1%-10%, NaCl: 1%-10%, and MnCl2: 1%-10%, wherein M is Ca, Sr or Ba. The preparation of the quantum dot glass comprises: grinding all raw material components of the glass, melting same after uniformly mixing, then compression moulding the melt and then annealing and heat treating same, and obtaining the bivalent manganese-doped quantum dot glass through the heat treatments at different temperatures. The doped quantum dot glass prepared has good chemical stability and a higher fluorescence quantum efficiency, and is a light-emitting material with a great application prospect.
