Abstract:
This black coated steel sheet comprises: a steel sheet; a zinc plating layer which is formed on the steel sheet; a crystalline zinc phosphate coating film which is formed on the zinc plating layer and contains 1.0-5.0% by mass of Mg and 0.05-1.00% by mass of Ni, while being adhered in an amount of 0.5-2.5 g/m2 and having a film thickness of less than 1.00 μm; and a black organic coating film which is formed above the crystalline zinc phosphate coating film and has a film thickness of 1.0-5.0 μm.
