Abstract:
A black coating film which is heat-resistant and is capable of making a surface of an optical member lowly reflective and black; a black light-shielding plate which employs the black coating film and includes a resinous film as a base; and a diaphragm plate, a diaphragm for light quantity control, and a shutter each comprising the black light-shielding plate.
The black coating film (A) comprises a titanium oxide film formed on an opaque substrate or translucent substrate, the titanium oxide film comprising titanium and oxygen as major components and having an oxygen content of 0.7-1.4 in terms of O/Ti atom number ratio. The black coating film is characterized in that the titanium oxide film has a structure constituted of an arrangement of fine columnar crystals the lengthwise direction for which is the film-thickness direction and that the film has projections in the film surface and has a film thickness of 50 nm or larger. The black light-shielding plate comprises: a base plate; a metallic light-shielding film (B) having a film thickness of 40 nm or larger formed on at least one side of the base plate; and the black coating film (A) formed on the surface of the metallic light-shielding film (B).
