Disclosed is a black heat-resistant light-blocking film, which maintains high light blocking properties, low reflectivity at the surface and end face, low surface gloss and adequate blackness even in a high temperature environment at 155˚C in the atmosphere, and is thus applicable to a shutter blade, a fixed aperture stop, an aperture stop blade of an aperture stop device for a light quantity adjusting module, a heat-resistant light-blocking tape and the like. Specifically disclosed is a black heat-resistant light-blocking film which is obtained by forming fine recesses and projections on the both surfaces of a resin film (A) that has a heat resistance of not less than 155˚C. The black heat-resistant light-blocking film is characterized in that the resin film (A) is a black film that contains a black pigment (B) and an inorganic filler (C). The black heat-resistant light-blocking film is also characterized by having a thickness of not more than 25 μm, a surface roughness (arithmetic average height (Ra)) of 0.2-2.2 μm with respect to the both surfaces, and an average optical density, which is the index of light blocking effect, of not less than 3.5 at a wavelength of 380-780 nm.
