Abstract:
A black matrix (121) for a liquid crystal panel and the liquid crystal panel. The black matrix (121) is a MoTi pattern layer, and the thickness of the MoTi pattern layer is 1000 Å to 2000 Å. The resin black matrix (12) is replaced by a MoTi material. The MoTi material has better light-shielding properties, and a thickness thereof of only 0.1 μm may achieve the same light-shielding effect as existing resin black matrices (12) with a thickness of 1 μm, which thus effectively reduces the thickness of the black matrix (121), so that the topography of the substrate is flatter to thereby facilitate the flow of an alignment liquid, and the non-stick problem of the alignment liquid can effectively be improved, which makes an alignment film more uniform and improves the quality of a liquid crystal display panel.
