Abstract:
Provided is a black member having a substrate and a black layer laminated on the substrate, wherein the black layer contains titanium aluminum nitride, titanium silicon nitride, or titanium aluminum silicon nitride, and may contain at least one element selected from the group consisting of oxygen, fluorine, and carbon. In the case in which the black layer contains carbon, the black layer contains 10 at% or less of carbon with respect to 100 at% in total of the elements contained in the black layer. In a color evaluation of the black layer according to the L*, a*, b* color system (CIE color system), L*≤48.0, -2.0≤a*≤3.0, and -3.5≤b*≤3.0.
