Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of macromolecular materials, and disclosed thereby are a black phosphorus nanosheet flame retardant polyphenyl ether resin and a preparation method therefor. In the present invention, a certain amount of black phosphorus nanosheets and a certain amount of an antioxidant are added to the polyphenyl ether resin. Further provided is a preparation method therefor, comprising: firstly, preparing and obtaining black phosphorus nanosheets, then pouring polyphenyl ether granules into an internal mixer for heating for melting, adding an antioxidant, evenly stirring same before adding a certain amount of black phosphorus nanosheets, heating, and uniformly stirring to obtain a resin. When the amount of the black phosphorus nanosheets added to the polyphenyl ether resin reaches 2.8%, a V-0 grade is reached in a UL-94 vertical combustion test. In comparison with a traditional red phosphorus flame retardant, the flame retardant to which the present invention relates has the features of not requiring coating, high usage safety, high flame retardant efficiency at the same addition amount, non-toxic and harmless. In addition, the black phosphorus nanosheet flame retardant polyphenyl ether resin to which the present invention relates has a relatively low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, and may be used as a 5G high-frequency communication substrate.
