Abstract:
A black plaster production apparatus, comprising a workbench (1), a longitudinal support (2), a transverse bottom plate (3), an electric heating constant temperature drying box (4), a classified storage frame structure (5), a storage hopper (6), a stove (7), a decocting furnace (8), a furnace cover (9), a stirring box (10), a box cover (11), a stirring electric motor (12), a stirring pipe (13), a crushing knife (14), an adjustable partition frame structure (15), a grinding frame structure (16), a coal gas lead-in pipe (17), a pipe valve (18), a stirring switch (19), a grinding switch (20) and a receiving hopper (21). The longitudinal support (2) is welded to four corners of a lower portion of the workbench (1), and the transverse bottom plate (3) is mounted at a lower portion of an inner side of the longitudinal support (2) by means of bolts. A transverse partition plate (52) is mounted in the middle of the interior of a storage box (51) by means of screws, such that materials can be conveniently stored in the storage box (51) during use, and at the same time, the stored materials can also be classified; and a semiconductor chilling plate (57) is mounted on the rear side of the inner wall of the lower portion of the storage box (51) by means of screws, such that the materials stored at the bottom of an inner side of the storage box (51) can be conveniently refrigerated and kept fresh during use.
