Abstract:
The present invention relates to a black rice germination liquid and a method for preparing same, the black rice germination liquid having an excellent anti-inflammatory effect by means of treating, at a low temperature and room temperature, water which has been used for germinating black rice. The black rice germination liquid is obtained by low-temperature treating the water which has been used for germinating black rice in an open receptacle in a temperature range of 1-5℃ for one to ten days and then room-temperature treating same in an open receptacle in a temperature range of 10-30℃ for 30 to 210 days.
