Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a blade (3) which is long in one direction and formed of an elastic member, and which presses against an abutting surface (2) to wipe away a liquid (W) spreading on the abutting surface (2); a wiper arm (4) which supports the blade (3) so as to press the blade (3) against the abutting surface (2) with a predetermined pressing force; a first support member (11) supported by the wiper arm (4); a second support member (13) which is rotatably supported around a rotary shaft (12) extending in the longitudinal direction of the blade (3) with respect to the first support member (11), and which is attached to the base end side of the blade (3); and a biasing member (14) which pushes and prevents the second support member (13) from rotating around the rotary shaft (12) with respect to the first support member (11) when the blade (3) is pressed against and slides relative to the abutting surface (2).
