Abstract:
The present invention relates to a blade case in which a plurality of blades of a snap-off blade utility knife are stored in a stack from where they can be pulled out one at a time. The case houses a spring member (e.g. a leaf spring or a plurality of coil springs) and an opening is formed towards the outside of the case and then a push-bar is attached in such a way that the blades, which have been raised upwards due to the spring member, are individually extracted through a discharge hole due to a sliding action of the push-bar. Consequently, even though the case is of small size, the assembly structure and operating structure for storing and extracting blades are simple and so the case can be easily manufactured and used and at the same time can be safely carried about and used.
