Abstract:
Due to a thin blade being disposed in a space that stores a coil and a magnet and the depth of which runs along an optical axis, the blade is likely to be subjected to uncontrolled movements when driven, making it less likely that the blade will operate smoothly. In the present invention, a blade drive device 1 includes: a drive member 2; a frame 3 having a drive frame chamber 3S for storing the drive member 2; a blade support 4 having an opening 4A and constituting a blade chamber 4S separated from the drive frame chamber 3S; and a blade member 5 stored in the blade chamber 4S and entering the opening 4A when moved by the drive member 2.
