Abstract:
Disclosed is a blade driving device (1) comprising a substrate (10) which has an opening (11); a blade (21b) which moves between a position of retreating from the opening (11) and a position of covering at least one portion of the opening (11); and a buffering member (60) which has elasticity and has a loop shape, and has contact with the blade (21b) at one end portion of the moving range of the blade (21b), the shape of the loop being transformable so as to bend by the contact with the blade member (21b).
