Abstract:
Hydraulic cylinders (48) are connected to the blades (20) of a wind-powered electricity generating device and are driven to change the pitch angle of the blades (20). A variable discharge hydraulic pump (44) supplies operating oil to the hydraulic cylinders (48), and the discharge pressure does not follow the load pressure. When the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump (44) reaches the set pressure, a pressure control valve opens in order to change the discharge amount of the hydraulic pump (44) and bring the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump (44) to less than the cutoff pressure. In addition, a setting control unit (60) sets the aforementioned set pressure on the basis of the oil pressure required by the hydraulic cylinders (48) so that the aforementioned pressure is the minimum required pressure required for the pitch angle to be changed to a prescribed angle by the hydraulic cylinders (48); therefore, the difference between the discharge pressure and the load pressure for the hydraulic pump (44) can be reduced, and electricity consumption can be reduced.
