Abstract:
A blade precision forging method, comprising: placing a workpiece to be processed on a multi-adaptive blade feeding rotary table T1 for feeding, putting a blank into a furnace, heating and forging, carrying out hold-cutting type trimming using residual heat, and palletizing. Also provided is a blade precision forging production line, comprising a heating region, a first processing region, and a second processing region; a carrying robot R1 is provided between the heating region and the first processing region, and a carrying robot R2 is provided between the first processing region and the second processing region. The process of the production line is safe, stable and efficient, and the blade precision forging production line can be greatly improved. The multi-adaptive blade feeding rotary table is used, so that certain flexibility and accurate positioning are achieved, and the material preparation for blade precision forging of small-batch multi-type forgings is facilitated; residual heat trimming uses hold-cutting type trimming, this trimming mode has a certain correction function for the forgings, so as to reduce the bending and twisting of blades caused by trimming; a working portion of a die is mounted in an inverted manner, and the service life of a trimming female die is prolonged; and a palletizing function for the forgings is achieved, so that the occurrence of a collision phenomenon between a blade basin surface and a blade back surface is greatly avoided.
