Abstract:
A blade storage vehicle device, which comprises a storage vehicle; a blade loading and unloading station and a blade storage device are arranged on the storage vehicle; the blade loading and unloading station is arranged at one side of the blade storage device, a shim clamping mechanism (8) is arranged at the other side of the blade storage device, and a positioning device is fixedly arranged at one side of the bottom of the storage vehicle; the blade storage device comprises a flanged shaft (15), and the flanged shaft (15) is rotatably mounted at the center of the top of the upper end of the storage vehicle; a ratchet (14) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the flanged shaft (15), and a rotating disc (7) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the flanged shaft (15); vertically arranged top columns (6) are fixedly arranged at the top of the rotating disc (7), and a plurality of top columns (6) are in a circumferential array distribution at the periphery of the top of the rotating disc (7); the blade loading and unloading station comprises a bottom plate (1); a blade clamping mechanism (4) is fixedly provided at the top of the bottom plate (1); an aircraft engine blade (3) is clamped and fixed on the blade clamping mechanism (4); an electromagnet connection block (2) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate (1), and through holes matching with the top columns (6) are formed on the electromagnet connection block (2).
